Prestige Achieves Record FY26 Sales of ₹30,024.5 Crore, Beats ₹27,000 Cr Target
Record-Breaking Year: Prestige Estates Crosses ₹30,000 Crore Milestone
Prestige Estates Projects Limited reported landmark FY26 performance with annual pre-sales reaching ₹30,024 crore, up 76% year-on-year, marking the first time the company crossed the ₹30,000 crore milestone. In FY26, total sales were ₹30,024.5 Crore (up 76% YoY) with collections of ₹18,515 Crore (up 53% YoY).
The result comfortably exceeds the company's stated guidance of ₹27,000 crore for the fiscal year. This milestone marks the first time the company has surpassed the ₹30,000 crore threshold. The group sold 22.28 million sq. ft. and 11,692 homes.
Quarterly Close-Out and Market Momentum
Driven by sustained demand in key geographies like Bengaluru, NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai, the company finished the fourth quarter (Jan-Mar) with ₹7,697 crore in pre-sales, reflecting a 10% growth compared to the same period last year. The strong quarter-end close capped a year of consistent execution across newly launched and existing projects.
This FY26 performance represents a sharp recovery from the prior year. Prestige Estates sales bookings during the 2024-25 fiscal declined 19 per cent to Rs 17,023.1 crore, "reflecting the impact of deferred launches amid approval delays", with the company unable to achieve the targeted sales bookings of Rs 24,000 crore.
Financial Performance and Profitability
FY26 consolidated revenue reached ₹1,31,955 million (+70.58% YoY); EBITDA: ₹42,192 million (+43.27% YoY); PAT: ₹13,119 million (+112.80% YoY). The profit doubling reflects improved operational leverage and cost discipline alongside higher sales volumes.
The average selling price was ₹14,470 per sq. ft., underscoring the company's premium-segment positioning across its portfolio.
Q4 FY26 revenue: ₹41,435 million (+160.71% YoY); EBITDA: ₹11,152 million (+85.25% YoY); PAT: ₹2,972 million (+596.02% YoY). The quarter saw particularly strong profitability gains driven by project completion cycles and working capital efficiency.
