Codename Prestige Fernleaf, spread across 4.2+ acres, includes 2 towers with 350+ units. Apartment configurations range from 2B2T (1150 sq. ft., ₹1.38 Cr++) to 3B3T + Home Office (2000 sq. ft., ₹2.35 Cr++).
Codename Prestige Ethan, set on 6+ acres, features 4 towers and 350+ residences, offering 3B3T (1900 sq. ft., ₹2.29 Cr++) and 4B4T + Home Office (2400–2600 sq. ft., ₹2.89 Cr++) options.
