Prestige Eaton Park secured Karnataka RERA registration on 18 March 2026 under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/180326/008537. In parallel, Prestige Fernvale also received K-RERA registration in March 2026, with RERA registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/110326/008519 approved on 11 March 2026. Both projects sit within The Prestige City township and opened for bookings immediately following approval.
Two Projects, Two Buyer Profiles
Prestige Fernvale comprises 2 towers spanning 27 and 28 floors with 387 apartments in 2/3/4 BHK configurations, starting from approximately Rs 1.29 to 2.30 crore. Prestige Eaton Park focuses on 3 and 4 BHK units: the 3 BHK at 1,903 sqft targets family end-users with school-age children, while the 4 BHK at 2,786 sqft addresses larger families and HNI buyers seeking a township-scale prestige address.
The two projects serve different buyer profiles, with Eaton Park targeting the 3 and 4 BHK upper-mid family end-user and Fernvale targeting the broader 2/3/4 BHK mix. Both projects are among the cleanest in the 2026 Sarjapur 2.0 launch wave.
Location Within the Prestige City Ecosystem
The site sits within The Prestige City township in Yamare Village, Anekal Taluk 562125. The Prestige City township has shifted from a master-planning concept to an operational anchor in the Sarjapur 2.0 corridor over the last 12 months, with Forum Mall on-township now functional and the Phase 2 K-RERA cohort (Eaton Park, Fernvale) launched in March 2026.
Forum Mall sits on-township; RGA Tech Park and Wipro SEZ are within 15 to 20 minutes to the north; ITPL is 30 to 40 minutes north. Hosa Road Yellow Line metro is 20 to 25 minutes west.

Prestige Eaton Park carries an enforced possession date of 28 June 2030. Construction was approved under Anekal CC/1458/2025-26 dated 5 March 2026.
