The subsidiary reported a net worth of Rs. 0.1 million as of March 31, 2026, and the transaction involved a consideration of Rs. 0.05 million.

Prestige Estates Projects introduced Stellar Envision LLP—a new subsidiary unit focused on real estate development, set to begin operations from January 8, 2026, representing a strategic expansion of the company's development capabilities. The subsidiary received ₹1.00 lakh contribution for 100% partnership interest and operates under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
