Prestige Fernvale Receives Karnataka RERA Approval

Prestige Fernvale received Karnataka RERA registration on 11 March 2026 and was officially launched on 20 March 2026. The project is registered under RERA No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/110326/008519.

Phase 6 of The Prestige City Master Plan

Prestige Fernvale is part of Phase 6 of The Prestige City, Bangalore. The project forms a high-rise residential cluster within The Prestige City township, situated off Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru.

The Prestige City spans more than 200 acres on Sarjapur Road in East Bengaluru, representing one of the city's largest integrated township developments with residential, commercial and lifestyle components.

Prestige Fernvale comprises 387 high-rise premium residences. The phase introduces two towers—Tower 1 with 27 floors and Tower 2 with 28 floors, both elevated above 2 basement levels and a grand podium. The site is spread across 3 acres and is home to 2 and 3 BHK units.
