Record Year: Prestige Estates Delivers 156% Profit Growth in FY26
Prestige Estates reported a 155.72% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,195.5 crore, while revenue from operations climbed 72.60% year-on-year to Rs 12,685.4 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
Full-Year Performance Snapshot
The company reported its highest-ever operational performance, with sales of Rs 3,00,245 million and collections of Rs 1,85,146 million for FY26. The results underscore sustained demand across the developer's portfolio and controlled project execution across multiple geographies.
EBITDA for FY26 stood at Rs 42,192 mn, up 43 per cent year on year. Operating margins compressed slightly due to project mix and regional pricing dynamics, though PAT margin was 9.94 per cent reflecting operational stability despite the larger revenue base.
Fourth Quarter Acceleration
The year's final quarter saw sharper momentum. Q4 FY26 saw revenue surge 161% year-on-year to Rs 41,435 million and PAT jump 596% year-on-year to Rs 2,972 million. This quarter-end acceleration was driven by project handovers and sustained buyer demand, particularly in core markets like Bengaluru and emerging zones in Hyderabad and Chennai.
Shareholder Returns and Capital Plans
The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share (20%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting.
The Board also approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an aggregate amount up to Rs 2,000 Crores on a private placement basis, subject to shareholder approval. The capital raise signals confidence in the developer's growth pipeline and project delivery trajectory.
