Prestige Group has opened the pre-launch of Prestige Falcon City Luxe, the premium phase of its Falcon City township on Kanakapura Main Road in Konanakunte, South Bengaluru. Expressions of interest are now open for buyers who want to be considered before the formal launch of the project.
The luxury phase spans 41 acres and will comprise 2,520 apartments across seven high-rise towers of G+30 floors. The layout keeps about 75 percent of the land as open space and includes more than 45 amenities, a planning emphasis that sets the phase apart within the wider township. The homes are planned in 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations, with 3.5 BHK options also listed for some residences.

The location
The township sits along Kanakapura Main Road, one of the principal arterial routes linking Konanakunte to the southern corridors of Bengaluru. Residents will have access to the Forum South Bengaluru mall, one of the larger retail destinations in the south of the city. The Konanakunte Cross metro station is about 500 metres away, a walk of roughly two minutes, which gives the township direct access to the Namma Metro network for commuting across the city.
