Prestige Group has opened pre-launch bookings for PRESTIGE LAKESIDE REGENT, a high-rise apartment township on Hoskote Main Road in East Bangalore. The project sits in the Hoskote area of Bengaluru Urban and is planned as a 750-unit residential development across a 10-acre site. Early-bird offers are being made available to buyers during the pre-launch phase.
The launch is scheduled for 5 December 2026, with RERA registration in progress and approval expected around December 2026. The project offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes ranging from about 850 to 1,550 sq ft, with starting prices that begin at Rs 92 lakh for a 2 BHK. Project details and pricing
PRESTIGE LAKESIDE REGENT will be built as four Vaastu-compliant towers, each with a basement, ground floor and 31 upper floors. The layout leaves about 80 percent of the site as open space, and the apartments are designed for cross-ventilation. The 10-acre campus is planned around landscaped gardens and a butterfly garden.
The homes are offered in three configurations:
- 2 BHK, about 850 sq ft, from Rs 92 lakh
- 3 BHK, about 1,250 sq ft, from about Rs 1.22 crore
- 4 BHK, about 1,550 sq ft, from about Rs 1.51 crore
The payment structure follows a milestone-based 20:20:60 pattern, with instalments spread over roughly four years in one of the published plans.
Residents will have access to a clubhouse, spa, swimming pool, gym, rooftop garden and a children's play area. Together, these amenities are designed to balance everyday comfort with outdoor space across a large township.
The location
The township has its entrance on Hoskote Main Road, with access to National Highway 75 and State Highway 35. The approach road is 40 metres wide, which gives the project direct connectivity to the wider East Bangalore corridor. Hoskote bus stand is about 1 km away, while Whitefield railway station is about 9 km away and Kadugodi Metro station on the Purple Line is about 10.5 km away.
Kempegowda International Airport lies about 40 km from the site, roughly 50 minutes by road via National Highway 648. The project is also close to the Whitefield, Varthur and Hoskote technology hubs, which have drawn a steady flow of office employment to the east of the city.
