Early bookings are open while the project completes its registration with the Karnataka RERA, which is currently in process. The estimated overall value of the project is about Rs 250 crore, and entry pricing starts from about Rs 5 crore on an indicative basis.

The location
Devanahalli sits on the northern edge of Bengaluru, close to Kempegowda International Airport, and the Airport Road corridor has become one of the city's main residential and aerospace belts. The Devanahalli Business Park and the KIADB Aerospace SEZ are about 9 km away, and the KIADB Aerospace Park has drawn named employers including Foxconn, Boeing and Shell.
Healthcare is within reach. N.R.V Hospital is about 3.1 km away, Lakshmi Hospital about 3.4 km and Krishnadevaraya Hospital and Research Centre about 4.2 km. Stonehill International School, an IB school, is around 15 minutes away from Devanahalli.
Transport infrastructure is set to change the area's connectivity. The Namma Metro Blue Line airport corridor is under construction, with the Hebbal to KIAL section targeted for September 2027 and the full corridor expected to be operational by March 2028. Doddajala and Airport City metro stations are being built along the line, with Doddajala slated to be operational around June 2027.
