Prestige Group Partners with Autodesk for Three-Year Digital Transformation Initiative
Prestige Group and Autodesk Launch Enterprise-Wide Digital Transformation Initiative
Prestige Group announced a three-year strategic partnership with Autodesk on 13 April 2026 to deploy design and construction technologies across its real estate portfolio, marking a significant push toward end-to-end digital transformation in India's real estate sector. The engagement represents one of the largest new enterprise collaborations and underscores Prestige Group's commitment to digitally transforming its end-to-end project lifecycle.
Technology Scope and Integration
Under the agreement, Prestige Group will adopt Autodesk's Design and Make platform, including Autodesk Forma and the Autodesk AEC Collection, to standardize workflows across its residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. By committing to a unified digital platform across its operations, Prestige is moving toward a connected model where design, execution, and decision-making are no longer fragmented but tightly integrated.
A key element of the programme is the adoption of advanced 4D and 5D capabilities at scale, integrating design, scheduling, cost and execution workflows into a single digital environment. With this approach, Prestige Group is positioning itself among the first real estate developers globally to pursue 4D/5D implementation at such scale using Autodesk technologies.
Process Standardization and Stakeholder Alignment
The move will enable integrated project delivery, improve collaboration among stakeholders, and introduce standardized processes across its ecosystem of consultants and contractors. Beyond technology deployment, the initiative focuses on aligning the broader project ecosystem through capability-building and standardised processes. The company plans to bring external partners, including consultants and contractors, into a digitally integrated framework to improve transparency and execution consistency.
Developer Context
Prestige Group was founded in 1986 and is one of the leading real estate builders based in Bangalore, India. As of December 2025, the Group had delivered 313 projects spanning 206 million square feet and had a pipeline of 128 projects across 195 million square feet. Prestige's projects span Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, and Mangalore.
CRISIL has consistently rated Prestige DA1+ — the highest developer grade in India and a rating no other Indian real-estate company currently holds. Beyond residential, Prestige operates a substantial commercial, retail and hospitality portfolio including the UB City premium retail destination in Bengaluru, the Forum mall chain (13 completed malls totalling 10 million sqft), Marriott/Hilton/Sheraton-branded hotels, and IT-park developments leased to Fortune 500 occupiers.
Industry Significance
Autodesk said the adoption reflects a shift in the real estate sector toward connected workflows and data-driven decision-making. This step places digital transformation at the centre of operations rather than as a supporting layer, which is becoming increasingly critical as projects scale in complexity and size.
