Prestige Estates Projects announced that Stellar Builder Dynamics LLP and Stellar Envision LLP have been incorporated as wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company on 8 January 2026. Both companies are incorporated to carry on real estate development.

Stellar Envision LLP carries a total contribution of INR 100,000, fully contributed by Prestige Estates Projects. The entity is intended for real estate development and is currently in the pre-operational phase. Stellar Builder Dynamics LLP is yet to commence its business operations.
Both subsidiaries are classified as related parties to Prestige Estates Projects, and their creation aligns with the company's strategic objectives in the real estate sector.
