Prestige Q2 FY26 PAT Surges 124% YoY to ₹430 Crore
Record Profitability in H1 FY26: Prestige Reports Strong Quarter
Prestige Estates reported a net profit of ₹430 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, marking a 124% increase from ₹192 crore in the same period last year. Revenue rose 5.5% year-on-year to ₹2,431 crore, compared with ₹2,304 crore in Q2 FY25.
Operating profit showed solid growth, with EBITDA climbing 44% to ₹910 crore, up against ₹631 crore in the previous year. The company's EBITDA margin widened to 37.4% from 27.4%, reflecting stronger execution and cost control.
Half-Year Momentum Accelerates Sales
During the first half of FY26, Prestige Estates registered a 16% growth in total revenue, reaching ₹5,166.5 crore. EBITDA increased 30.5% to ₹2,231.1 crore, while profit after tax rose 42% to ₹769.8 crore. The firm's PAT margin improved to 14.9%, underlining healthy operational leverage.
The Bengaluru-based company also delivered its best-ever half-yearly performance, achieving record sales of ₹18,143.7 crore and collections of ₹8,735.6 crore. Prestige surpassed its entire FY25 annual sales within the first six months of FY26, reflecting strong demand across asset classes and geographies.
Full-Year FY26 Landmark Achievement
Prestige Estates achieved its highest-ever revenue of Rs 1,31,955 million with a remarkable 71% year-on-year growth, while Profit After Tax more than doubled, increasing by 112.8%. This performance was underpinned by robust project execution and strong market demand, as the company reported record operational sales of Rs 3,00,245 million for the year.
Revenue from operations jumped 166.5% YoY to Rs 4,073.80 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. Prestige Estates Projects reported an 900.4% surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 250.10 crore in Q4 FY26 as against Rs 25 crore posted in Q4 FY25.
Operational Strength and Diversified Growth
The company continues to see encouraging demand across its residential business while simultaneously expanding its footprint across commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. These results demonstrate the company's operational strength in navigating diverse asset classes, including commercial, retail, and residential segments.
As of December 2025, Prestige Group has delivered 313 projects covering 206 million square feet and has a pipeline of 128 projects spanning 195 million square feet. The group operates in 9 states and 13 major cities, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Kochi, Goa and NCR.
