Prestige Q4 FY26 Net Profit Jumps 10-Fold to ₹250 Crore

Strong Q4 FY26 Performance Marks Record Year for Prestige Estates

Prestige Estates Projects reported an 900.4% surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 250.10 crore in Q4 FY26 as against Rs 25 crore posted in Q4 FY25. Total income more than doubled to ₹4,143.5 crore during the January-March period of 2025-26 fiscal from ₹1,589.3 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year.

Full Year Financial Momentum

For the full financial year FY26, Prestige Estates reported a 155.72% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,195.5 crore, while revenue from operations climbed 72.60% YoY to Rs 12,685.4 crore. The company achieved its highest-ever operational performance, with sales of Rs 3,00,245 million and collections of Rs 1,85,146 million for FY26, underscoring continued demand strength and healthy cash flow generation across its portfolio.

Quarterly Operating Metrics

Revenue from operations jumped 166.5% YoY to Rs 4,073.80 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 412.70 crore in Q4 FY26, registering a growth of 373.82% YoY. EBITDA rose 85% YoY to Rs 1,115.2 crore during the quarter.

On a sequential basis, net profit increased 12.35%, while revenue rose 5.19% compared with the previous quarter. These back-to-back gains reflect consistent momentum through the fiscal year and suggest sustained project execution across the portfolio.

Capital Allocation and Dividends

The company achieved strong financial growth, leading to a recommendation of a 20% final dividend (Rs. 2 per share). The Board has approved a capital raise of Rs. 2,000 Crores via non-convertible debentures and the redesignation of Ms. Uzma Irfan as a Whole-Time Director for a five-year term.

Year Ahead Outlook

India's top realty firms, including Godrej Properties, Prestige Estates, Lodha, and DLF, target ₹1.2 tn in home sales for FY27, after achieving ₹1.05 tn in FY26. The company's record operational performance in FY26 provides a strong foundation for its launch pipeline and growth ambitions across key markets.
