Prestige Group Enters Delhi-NCR With Sector 150 Project

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, with 32 years of operations and 236 completed real estate developments, is making its first foray into the Delhi-NCR market through a joint venture with local developer Ace Group. The new residential project at Sector 150, Noida, spans 14.83 acres of land area and represents the developer's strategic entry into North India.

Project Scope and Units

The development will comprise 12 towers with 1,038 units of residential apartments. The project offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK well-designed houses. Unit sizes are reported to range from approximately 1,300 to 5,200 sq. ft.

Location and Connectivity

Sector 150 is located along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway in Uttar Pradesh, positioning it for regional connectivity. The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway runs right alongside, and the nearest metro access comes via the Aqua Line, which most people use for daily travel. The location also sits near the Yamuna Expressway and the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road, with connectivity towards the emerging Jewar Airport.

The location provides access to educational institutions like Amity University, Shiv Nadar School, and Sharda University, as well as medical facilities including Nimt Hospital, Yatharth Wellness Hospital, and Kailash Hospital, with shopping centers such as The Grand Venice Mall and Gaur City Mall.

Sector Characteristics

Sector 150 is known as one of the greenest sectors in NCR, with more than 90% of the area devoted to open space and sporting facilities. It is the only sector in Noida without overhead electrical wires. The sector's low density provides less crowded, more open spaces than other Noida sectors, with green areas, parks, and green belts occupying almost 80% of territory.

Developer Investment and Background

Prestige Group is investing approximately Rs 500 crore on construction for this project. The joint venture partners with Ace Group, which owns the approximately 15 acre land parcel in Sector 150, Noida.
