Prestige Evergreen Phase 2 Clears RERA Approval; Launch Confirms 2,000-Unit East Bangalore Township

Prestige Evergreen received RERA approval on 01 January 2026 and officially launched on 09 January 2026. The RERA registration for Phase 2 (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/010126/008374) was filed in January 2026, establishing its own legal framework, possession commitments, and buyer protections independent of Phase 1.

The project is a modern, upscale residential enclave by Prestige Group, nestled within the Varthur–Whitefield corridor on Whitefield Road, East Bangalore, covering 24 acres of Prestige Evergreen Raintree Park Phase 2, comprising 2,000 units. During the launch phase, Prestige Evergreen @ Raintree Park is offered at prices starting from ₹92 Lakhs onwards. As of March 2026, 1 BHK inventory is sold out, while 2, 3 and 4 BHK units are available, and around 850 units are already booked (out of 2,000).

Construction Timeline and Possession

Construction will take around 4 years as per the RERA schedule, and possession is scheduled for 30 June 2030. The main gate and boundary works of the township are completed, and initial internal road alignment and site mobilisation activities are underway.
