Prestige Golden Grove received RERA registration P01100010708 on April 2, 2026, clearing a key regulatory milestone for the Tellapur township. The project holds HMDA approval 1928/HMDA/SWBP/2026, dated March 13, 2026, and unit allotments and formal bookings are now underway.
