Prestige Golden Grove is a 28.7-acre high-rise township by Prestige Group, positioned at Velimela on the Nehru Outer Ring Road's Exit 2 (Kollur) in West Hyderabad. Ten towers, each rising to G+52 floors, house 5,120 apartments across 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations — making it one of the tallest residential ensembles in the Tellapur–Kollur corridor. The township is organised around a forest-themed master plan, with an 11-acre Central Park at its geometric centre and over 65 per cent of the site kept open. Every residential floor begins from the 4th storey upwards — roughly 50 feet above ground — so the lowest apartment already clears the ICRISAT tree canopy and looks out over protected greenery rather than a podium wall. Each tower follows a 2B+3P+52 structural specification, with no two units facing each other across the floor plate, ensuring privacy that dense urban high-rises rarely deliver.
