Prestige Group Acquires 17.14-Acre Land Parcel in Sector 109, Gurgaon for ₹5,600 Crore Residential Project

Prestige Expands Gurgaon Footprint with Sector 109 Acquisition

Prestige Group has added a 17.14-acre land parcel in Sector 109, Gurgaon to its residential development portfolio. The project will have a saleable area of approximately 2.8 million sq. ft., with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 5,600 crore.

Location and Connectivity

Located in one of Gurgaon's prime residential sectors, the land parcel enjoys excellent connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway, providing seamless connectivity to key residential, commercial and social infrastructure destinations across Gurgaon and Delhi. Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 Metro Station on the Airport Express Line is within 8 km, connecting residents to IGI Airport in 25 minutes via Northern Peripheral Road and Bajghera Road.

Second Gurgaon Project for Prestige

Prestige Estates has acquired 17.14 acres in Sector 109, Gurgaon, marking its second major deal in the city after entering Sector 92. The Sector 109 acquisition represents Prestige Estates' second major entry in Gurgaon. The company had earlier entered Sector 92 through a development arrangement announced on April 1, 2026. That project involved a land footprint of approximately 17.2 acres and an estimated GDV of ₹4,200 crore.

Prestige Estate is a Bangalore-based real estate company that has been in the business since 1986 and has grown into a diversified real estate development company with a presence across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality segments. As of June this year, Prestige had delivered 319 projects covering 216 million square feet across the country, with another 137 projects and 229 million square feet still in the pipeline.
