Prestige Group has opened pre-launch bookings for Prestige Grove Hills, a residential township in Whitefield, East Bengaluru. Construction is set to begin on 25 November 2026, with completion scheduled for 25 November 2030 and possession from 30 November 2030.
The location
Whitefield is one of Bengaluru's established eastern neighbourhoods, and the project's address places it close to Varthur Road, about 3.6 km away. The ITPL campus is roughly 5 to 10 minutes by road, and Sarjapur Road lies about 12 km away. Residents will be able to reach Kempegowda International Airport in about 30 to 40 minutes by road.
Public transport in the area is anchored by the Purple Line metro, which is already operational in Whitefield. Kadugodi Tree Park and Hope Farm stations are within 5 to 6 km of the site. Bengaluru Metro Phase 2A and 2B, including the Blue Line corridor linking the KR Puram area toward the airport, forms part of the city's wider plan for the east and north.
Whitefield's social infrastructure includes DPS Whitefield, Deens Academy and Vydehi School of Excellence, Manipal Hospital Whitefield and Vydehi Hospital, along with shopping destinations such as Phoenix Marketcity and Nexus Shantiniketan Mall. The neighbourhood's employment base includes International Tech Park Bangalore and the EPIP Zone.
