Prestige Group announced that the Expression of Interest (EOI) for Prestige Marigold Phase 2 started on 12 February 2026. The project has received RERA approval from Karnataka RERA with registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/171225/008346.

The Project: Scale and Layout

Prestige Marigold Phase 2 is a premium 55-acre gated plotted development located off NH-44 in Bettenahalli, North Bangalore, comprising 716 residential plots within a well-planned layout designed for long-term living and value appreciation. Plots are available in sizes from 860 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft, with pricing between 1.02 Crores and 3.50 Crores.

The project has also received approvals from the BBMP, BIAPPA, BDA, and BMRDC. Plots will be ready for possession by 30 November 2027.

Location and Connectivity

Prestige Marigold Phase 2 offers a pre-launch price of ₹8,750 per sq ft, valid until 15 February 2026, which is nearly 8–10% lower than nearby plotted projects in Bettenahalli. Plot prices start from ₹1.05 Crore.

EOI payment is a post-dated cheque in the name of Prestige Group. During allotment, priority is given to EOI submitters.

Infrastructure and Amenities

In Phase 1, the developer has completed 12 m and 9 m wide internal tar roads. Underground electricity cables and sanitation are already installed and working properly, and LED street lights have been installed. In Phase 2, the site is 40% completed, the compound wall is nearly finished, and main road work has begun. Digging for the dual water pipelines (domestic and treated water) is planned to start next month.

The project offers amenities including Stonehill International School located 15 minutes away. Wide internal roads, underground utilities, dual water supply systems, and energy-efficient street lighting are planned throughout the community.
