Prestige Group Expands in Gurgaon's Emerging Sector 109
Prestige Group is launching two projects in Delhi-NCR this fiscal with a combined GDV of ₹6,800 crore and combined area of 8 million sq ft — one project each in Gurgaon and Noida. The Gurgaon-based project is confirmed in Sector 92, while a second offering is positioned in Sector 109 on the Dwarka Expressway corridor.
