Prestige Developments, marketed under the Prestige Group name, traces its start to Bengaluru in 1986, when the family moved from a tailoring business into property with Prestige Court on Kengal Hanumanthaiah Road. The parent company is listed on the NSE and BSE, and its builder disclosures cite 313 projects delivered across 206 million square feet. Hoskote is one of its newer eastern addresses, with two projects at very different scales: a township on Old Madras Road at Dalasagere and a 10-acre apartment community on Hoskote Main Road.
Prestige Hoskote sits in Dalasagere village on NH-75. Published project descriptions put the masterplan at roughly 21 acres, with high-rise towers rising up to 25 floors and around 2,000 homes in 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK formats. The planned clubhouse is listed at about 36,000 sq ft, alongside more than 50 amenities that include swimming pools, sports courts and indoor games. A 2 BHK is quoted from ₹1.51 crore. The project is in its pre-launch phase, which makes it the larger of the two Prestige commitments in the corridor.
Prestige Lakeside Regent is a 10-acre apartment project with 750 ultra-luxury units across four towers. Homes are planned as 2, 3 and 4 BHK layouts between 850 and 1,550 sq ft, with pricing from ₹92 lakh to ₹1.51 crore. The entrance faces Hoskote Main Road, close to the Hoskote bus stand, and the site lies opposite Hosakote Lake. Its scale and lake frontage make it the more compact of the two options, suited to buyers who want a smaller community with a direct view of open water.
Prestige's earliest work was concentrated in Kalyan Nagar, Indiranagar and Whitefield, when apartment living in the city was still developing. That Whitefield base matters for a Hoskote buyer, because the Prestige Highland Hideaway in Whitefield and the Prestige Lakeside Habitat, an 18.25-acre township, sit on the same eastern employment axis. A buyer choosing Hoskote is therefore choosing a Prestige delivery standard that has already been tested in the Whitefield market, not only a new address.
Hoskote's average price was reported near ₹7,250 per sq ft by June 2026, a rise of about 34% over the previous year. Whitefield Road averaged about ₹13,000 per sq ft in March 2026, which keeps Hoskote at a considerable discount to the IT belt it borders. The area is served by NH-75 and SH-35, and the Satellite Town Ring Road and the Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway are expected to add further links. Namma Metro's Purple Line runs to Whitefield (Kadugodi), and BMRCL is studying a 16 km line from KR Puram to Hoskote, which has not yet been built.
Hoskote has a bus stand within a short distance of the Lakeside Regent site, with BMTC services at regular intervals. Local listings also point to walkable markets and good schools nearby. Residents who work in Whitefield typically plan around the road network today, while the planned metro extension and ring roads are expected to shorten that commute over time.
Prestige Hoskote offers the township-scale proposition, with a larger clubhouse, more than 50 amenities and a range of tower heights and unit sizes that stretch from 1 BHK to 4 BHK. Prestige Lakeside Regent offers a tighter 10-acre setting with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes and a lake-facing location on Hoskote Main Road. Buyers who want a self-contained community will find the township the closer fit, while those who prefer a smaller address near the town centre will find Lakeside Regent more direct.
