Prestige Group launches Oakwood in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad
Prestige Group has launched Oakwood at The Prestige City in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, with registration from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA). The project was registered on 28 April 2025 under UPRERAPRJ986134/04/2025; launch materials are dated 30 April 2025. Its approved plan covers 10 towers and 1,702 homes on approximately 26.99 acres.
Registered as “Oakwood at The Prestige City Indirapuram,” the residential development forms part of The Prestige City integrated township along the NH-24 and Delhi–Meerut Expressway corridor. Prestige Projects Pvt. Ltd. is the developing company, with SGS Construction & Developers Pvt. Ltd. named as co-promoter. The project is presented as a new launch and is under construction.
The details
Oakwood’s filed unit inventory comprises 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments, alongside penthouses. The approved plan records 916 3-BHK homes, 756 4-BHK homes and 30 penthouses. RERA-derived carpet-area ranges are approximately 1,055–1,453 sq ft for 3-BHK apartments, 1,550–2,637 sq ft for 4-BHK apartments and 2,917–3,735 sq ft for penthouses. Marketing materials also refer to 2- and 5-BHK formats, while the filed inventory categories are 3 BHK, 4 BHK and penthouse.
The tower plan groups buildings under the names Cedar, Deodar and Elm. Cedar comprises four towers, Deodar four and Elm two. Each tower has three basement levels and a ground floor; the residential levels range from 41 to 46 floors. The plan also identifies Club Oakwood, a two-floor clubhouse with three common basement levels. Four homes per floor are described in project listings as a feature of the typical-floor layout.

Publicly listed prices show 2-BHK homes from ₹1.98 crore, 3-BHK homes at ₹2.56–3.45 crore and 4-BHK homes at ₹3.80–4.44 crore. These are portal-listed figures; a dated launch price list, issued on 30 April 2025, contains floor-dependent examples. That list sets out a staged payment plan beginning with 10% on booking and includes additional charges such as maintenance, club membership and utility-related costs.
Plans and public listings describe landscaped parks and recreation areas, a swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s play area, indoor games and sports facilities. The development plan also includes rainwater harvesting, treated wastewater reuse for flushing and irrigation, on-site organic-waste processing and energy-efficient lighting in common areas.

The site lies in Siddharth Vihar and Indirapuram Extension, on the NH-24/Delhi–Meerut Expressway corridor. Noida Electronic City, on the Delhi Metro Blue Line, is listed about 3.18 km from the project. Ghaziabad Junction is around 2.7 km from the locality reference point, while Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 37 km from Siddharth Vihar; actual routes and travel times vary.
Nearby mapped destinations include Delhi Public School Siddharth Vihar, Yashoda Hospital & Research Centre, Shipra Mall and City Center GZB. The Delhi–Ghaziabad–Meerut Namo Bharat service has been fully operational since February 2026, adding a regional rapid-transit option to the wider area.

UP-RERA records a proposed construction start date of 2 April 2025 and a proposed completion date of 27 November 2029. The registered timeline gives a proposed duration of 56 months. Oakwood’s launch followed its April 2025 registration and the Ghaziabad Development Authority’s building-plan permit recorded in November 2024.
