Prestige Hoskote is planned as a gated, high-rise residential community in Dalasagere, Hoskote, Bengaluru 562114. The apartment offering is described in 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations. Published size information gives an overall super built-up area range of 1,060 to 3,090 sq ft, with the 4 BHK layouts ranging from 2,360 to 3,090 sq ft.
The available project descriptions present it as a nature-oriented township, with Vaastu-compliant homes and planning intended to support cross-ventilation and natural light. The location
Dalasagere sits on Old Madras Road, part of NH-75, with road connections towards Whitefield, KR Puram, Budigere Cross and Hoskote town. Hoskote is around 25 km from central Bengaluru. Whitefield’s Kadugodi Metro Station, the eastern terminal of the Purple Line, is operational; Whitefield railway station is located near the metro station. ITPL and Whitefield’s technology parks are among the employment destinations in the broader eastern corridor.
Hoskote is also a junction for NH-75 and the Satellite Town Ring Road network, as well as the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway corridor. A possible Purple Line extension from KR Puram towards Hoskote was under study in 2026, including a route of roughly 16 km. Budigere Cross, Kattamanallur Gate and Hoskote were among the possible station areas. This remains a planning-stage proposal, rather than an operational metro connection to Hoskote.
Road improvements are also underway in the wider Whitefield area: work began in May 2026 on a ₹35-crore underpass at Hope Farm between Whitefield and Kadugodi. These transport links form part of the location context for the project, rather than facilities within the township.
The developer
Prestige Group was founded in Bengaluru in 1986 by Razack Sattar. Its Bengaluru portfolio includes integrated townships such as Prestige Shantiniketan in Whitefield, spread across 105 acres, and Prestige Lakeside Habitat, a township development in the same broader eastern market. The group has also developed projects such as Prestige Kingfisher Towers in central Bengaluru.
By July 2026, the group reported 316 delivered projects spanning 212 million sq ft, with a pipeline of 135 projects across 227 million sq ft. The next stated milestone is the planned January 2027 launch window. The project remains at pre-launch, with Expressions of Interest and phased approval work forming the immediate stage. The proposed metro extension towards Hoskote remains under study, while the Hope Farm underpass is a separate road project already underway in the wider eastern Bengaluru corridor.
