Prestige Group plans Lakeside Regent towers on Hoskote Main Road

Prestige Group has opened bookings for Prestige Lakeside Regent, a planned luxury apartment township on Hoskote Main Road in East Bangalore. The project is in its pre-launch phase, with early-bird offers open to buyers who book now and a formal launch scheduled for 5 December 2026.

The development covers 10 acres and will be built as four Vaastu-compliant towers, rising 31 floors each, with 750 homes in 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations. Pricing starts at Rs 92 lakhs for a 2 BHK apartment, and the full range runs up to Rs 1.51 crore. The site sits close to Hoskote bus stand, with its entrance directly on the main road. More details are available on the Prestige Lakeside Regent project page.

Key details for prospective buyers

The towers are planned with 2 BHK homes of about 850 sq ft, 3 BHK homes of about 1,250 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of about 1,550 sq ft. The layout keeps around 80 percent of the land as open space, and the towers are designed with cross ventilation to improve airflow and natural light. Residents will get views of the nearby Hosakote Lake and the city skyline from upper floors.

The developer plans flexible payment plans that can be paid in instalments over four years. Possession is listed for 31 December 2030, with completion expected within four years of launch. The land has been cleared and the blueprints are ready, so the project is at the pre-construction stage.
