Prestige Estates Launches 1,788-Unit Residential Project in Devanahalli

Prestige Parklane was launched on September 25, 2026 by Prestige Estates Projects Limited with a gross development value of ₹1,750 crore. The project is strategically located along the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.

Project Scale and Configuration

The project spans around 11.9 acres and comprises 1,788 residential apartments across nine towers. Prestige Parklane offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK residences around a landscaped central park, 15 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport.

Three configurations are planned: 1 BHK at 571 sq ft, 2 BHK from 800 to over 1,000 sq ft, and 3 BHK from 1,447 to 1,801 sq ft. The development includes approximately 1.7 million sq. ft. of total saleable area.

Site and Setting

The 32.26 acre figure is the whole master plan; the residential precinct is 11.91 acres of it, with the remainder an enterprise estate of three data centres, a warehouse and a manufacturing block.

The project has been registered under Karnataka RERA with the proposed completion date set for December 31, 2030. RERA registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/150926/008941.

Amenities and Design

A significant portion of the land parcel is dedicated to open spaces, with about 4 acres allocated for central landscaped greens. The project also features a 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse designed to provide comprehensive lifestyle amenities. The clubhouse includes a business centre, guest rooms, two double-height badminton courts, gym, spa, provisions for a creche, pharmacy, convenience store, salon, party hall and a rooftop viewing deck.

Location and Connectivity

Prestige Parklane is positioned close to Kempegowda International Airport and benefits from its location within the KIADB Hi-Tech, Defence and Aerospace Park. The wider area is emerging as an important industrial and employment hub, with aerospace, defence, technology and manufacturing companies setting up operations around Devanahalli.

Located along the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), the development aims to capitalize on the region's expanding infrastructure network. The project is approximately 10 minutes from Airport Halt Metro Station and approximately 2 minutes from STRR. The Airport is approximately 15 minutes away.
