PRESTIGE BENGALURU AIRPORT CITY CONVENTION & MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT is an integrated destination conceived as the convention-led heart of Bengaluru Airport City. Developed by Prestige Group in partnership with Bengaluru Airport City Limited, it brings together conferencing, hospitality, workplaces and culture under one planned address. The project was announced on June 11, 2026, with an investment of approximately ₹1,800 crore.
The lifestyle promise centres on movement and gathering. A convention and exhibition centre designed for around 8,000 people will host conferences, trade shows, corporate events and cultural gatherings, while two luxury hotel brands, St. Regis and Marriott Marquis, offer a refined place to stay. Retail, food and beverage and a performing-arts venue add everyday energy, so the destination feels active from morning to late evening.
The design is led by Kohn Pedersen Fox, whose approach to large-scale mixed-use planning suits a destination built around a single civic-scale convention hall. The development spans approximately 1.5 million sq ft across a 14.2 acre site. Its buildings are conceived to work as one connected precinct, with hospitality, offices and cultural spaces linked into a coherent whole.
The moment is significant for the airport corridor. Bengaluru Airport City is steadily building out its business parks, technology hubs, knowledge park, medical district and central park, and this destination adds the convention and hospitality layer that the precinct has been missing. Construction is expected to begin in early 2027, giving early partners the chance to shape how the destination takes form.
